Lockups

I have been having problems with lockups for several weeks now, I don't get kicked to desktop or server select, it just freezes. I have installed new memory, video card and NiC but nothing seem to solve the problem. (the video card did seem to help)
My sound card, video card and NiC share the same IRQ. can this be a problem? any advice will be greatly appreciated.

the new expansion has a memory leak in it, a lot have noticed it, dunno if that helps, but that's what i've seen.

unistalled the new video drivers last night and downloaded the 69.39 driver from nvdia. so far it has been running much better on the older driver set.

Is the video still using the same IRQ?

found a couple problems with my mainboard, changed it out last weekend and everything is running great atm, I reformatted, used all the same components with updated drivers, problem solved..
