Alternate Characters

Post by Sonami »

Main Characters

The guild places class and level restrictions based on current need. If you are recruited to fill a particular need, then you will be expected to fill that need first and foremost. For example, if you are recruited to play as a cleric, then you will be expected to play a cleric when needed for any given raid. You will also be expected to maintain some experience progress with that character.

Switching of a main character is not allowed without the consent of the guild leadership.

Alternate Characters

Guild members are expected to have alternate characters tagged Eternal Sovereign or keep them unguilded. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances with the approval of ES leadership for instances such as:

- Dead Guilds
- Holding open a name on an alt of a guild that has retired itself and is in no way raiding.
- Family Guilds
- Non-raiding family/friends guilds
- Alternates Guilds
- Alt guilds for use of Guild Bank and Guild Hall (although you recieve these from Eternal Sovereign tag)

Violations & Penalties

Any dispute involving an alternate character who is in a guild other than Eternal Sovereign must be immediately reported to ES leaders. Failure to do this has a minimum penalty of DKP removal and loot-chance removal until the dispute is solved, up to and including possible termination from the guild.

ANY alternate character found to be in ANY form of raiding guild that is not Eternal Sovereign is grounds for guild removal.
